Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the LipiCore platform and its Insights application (the "Service"), provided by Techgrains Technologies ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.
1. The Service
LipiCore provides search, analytics dashboards, reporting and related tooling over data supplied by or on behalf of your organisation. Features available to you depend on your organisation's subscription and the access your administrator grants your account.
2. Accounts and Access
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Notify your administrator or us promptly of any suspected unauthorised use of your account.
- We may suspend access that we reasonably believe threatens the security or integrity of the Service.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data, probe or test vulnerabilities without written permission, interfere with the Service's operation, or use the Service in violation of applicable law.
4. Your Data
Data indexed, queried or displayed through the Service remains the property of your organisation (or its licensors). Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. AI-Generated Content
The Service includes an AI assistant that generates summaries, charts, findings and suggestions from your organisation's data. AI-generated output may be incomplete, out of date or incorrect, and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not professional, financial, legal or business advice. Always verify important figures against the underlying data before relying on them, and do not make significant decisions solely on the basis of AI-generated output. We are not liable for decisions taken in reliance on such output.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design and documentation, is owned by Techgrains Technologies or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your organisation's internal business purposes.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that results obtained from it will be accurate or reliable.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techgrains Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always the one published on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Techgrains Technologies in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.
